The tour in detail (1 hour)

-A general presentation of the history of oysters.

-A video about oyster farming

-The guided tour of the workshops (from harvest to dispatch)

-Free tour of the shell museum (20 minutes): 1,500 species of shells from all over the world.

Tasting of one oyster per student (15 minutes):Students gather around a table to discover the unique taste of our "Cancale treasure".
